Hi,
I'm trying to upgrade to XOOPS 2.3.1 from 2.0.18. I follow every instruction but receive just a blank page after the upgrade is finished.
Only error during the upgrade is this:

When I switch on debug mode I get a lot of messages like this:

Weird!
It should look for system_block_user.html and not for system_block_user.html.php!
Is there something (configuration option?) that adds automatic a .php extension to all files not having this extension?
