have a look at www.junior8ball.co.uk and see the menu on the left it is not aligned can anyone offer a suggestion to correct this

Add display:block; to td#mainmenu a.menuMain in style.css at line 175 and to td#mainmenu a.menuTop at line 152.

you mean the style sheet in the theme?
