Data lost...please help

HI everyone,

I have accidentally downgraded CBB from 3.08 to 3.00...and have reverted back to 3.08 and now I've lost some posts. Would the data be hiding some where?

Would upgrade to CBB 4.0 help to solve the problem?

Before any upgrade or database operations: BACKUP!

You can check that by browsing the tables with phpmyadmin.

If the data is still there, maybe, but I'm afraid it won't.

I've got all rubbish data now! Would my hosting company have a copy of the database?
