HI
I hve just downloaded AMS 242 ,when i unzipped it it was only one file ,how can i install this module?

He has probaly a GZ tar file downloaded in stead of the zip file.
Use 7-Zip to unpack it.

and it i was a zip file

You should retry the download.
Here it appears to be a normal zip of a module with 150 files.

I just tried it for him and I get "no files" when I try to unzip. I also get a invalid or corrupted error.

Here no problem! I used the link from post #4 and it unpacks and files are looking good. (FF3.0.1 and WinZip 8.1 or 7-Zip 4.42)

I got a few complaint regarding this issue and I never succeed duplicating the problem. I believe the problem is because they use "windows built-in unzip" instead of winzip or pkunzip or 7-zip or any world-standard unzip. Could you double check, if you can unzip through other software ? I always believe "windows built-in unzip" is inferior and didn't up to standard.

Not with this one! I could walk trough it with WinXP.
(I have already seen ZIP archives, that where unusable for WinZip, but could be opened with 7-Zip)
