Why the took so long (xoopsthemes) to activate me?

I have bought xoopsthemes from http://www.xoopsdesign.com at 24 July 2007.
They sent me an e-mail that my pay was approved and then an email to say that they want to send them a username to create my acoount and sent me the details to be able to download my themes.

The reason I am writing here and not at their forum is that I don’t have the right yet.


I have my site ready and I am waiting over 24 hours that they claim to finish my job.

Sorry for writing here but I thought you would me more fast!!

All the services provided at Xoops.org are free.

can anyone provide any contact information on http://www.xoopsdesign.com ?

Psaxtiri, I write you on behalf of xoopsdesign.com. First we attend our business issues at the forums there. The general forum and feedback forum at xoopsdesign allow creation of new topics. The other's only allow reply but not creation of new topics. An alternative is to send one of the webmasters of the site a private message: snowinmyhands or subzero, and we'd attend any issue you have.

Concerning your membership we've emailed you several times using the email you provided in the purchase form asking you for your username so we can activate your membership but we have received no answer. There is no registered user in our database with the email you provided, so we need you to give us your username.

Please email us your username along with the 2co order number on your receipt so we can confirm it is you and include you in the membership. Also please try to use the forums there, we can't attend your issues properly if you post here.

I pm snowinmyhands with my username and order number.

I also had sent 3 e-mails as answer to your "welcome" message.

Anyway i hope to solve it and no problem :)

I appreciate your quick settlement of my issue.

I already install my favorite theme and i send you my first question at the xoopsthemes forums at "Clean" topic.

We will continue our dialogue there.
