I'm unable to download the TAR.GZ file for XHLD version 3.07a from http://xoops.peak.ne.jp/md/mydownloads/singlefile.php?lid=60&cid=1

All I get is a blank page ??

I can download the ZIP file okay, but why can't I download the tar.gz file ??

I prefer to use them in preference to zip files, as the extension used to upload files (bulk upload, not via FTP) is tar.gz

I was finally able to download the tar.gz, by using a proxy site. That seems to indicate 'gijoe' has my IP blocked. However, why can I download the ZIP file, plus other tar.gz files, and browse all other parts of the website ??
