How come framework and editor download not working?

Just trying to get a XOOPS site up, and both editor and framework downloads appear to be broken links on this site!

1.10 is what I was going for of course

the downloads seem to be working ok from here:

frameworks
xoopseditor
www.polymorphee.com
www.xoopsdesign.com

Hmmm...

Then IE must have an issue for some odd reason...each time I attempt to download from there I get errors.

Any FTP sites for Filezilla
