I have install the chat correct now, but when i go innto it, it doesent start :S

Did you check to see if this module is updated and compatable with the current version of xoops? read this bit of advice here

Try the newest version of ShoutBox. It works okay. I had to modify the PopUp Window block to suit my taste but other than that it runs well on XOOPS 2.0.16.
