Hi All,
My test site has only XOOPS 2.0.15 and Protector 2.52 installed. I really liked the neoblue theme, downloaded it, extracted it, ftp'd it to my themes folder.

Next I went to Admin | Prefrences | General Settings and selected neoblue for the default theme.

When I go to the home page it looks as if the style sheet is not kicking in. I get data but no style.

I have also tried every combination with "Check templates for modifications ?" and "selectable themes" I have also tried other themes and get the same result.

I know I'm being a bonehead here but what am I missing? I've spent the last few hours searching but I'm really not getting something.

Thanks for any help.

Steve

EDIT: It is a 2.2 version theme. Someone else had same problem.

Try ftp to your site and delete everything in the template_c folder. NOTE: Except the index.html.
Empty your browser cache too and try again.
Let us know.

If you are referring to the theme in this news article, this theme was designed for XOOPS 2.2. In the comments there is a suggestion to fix it for XOOPS 2.0 compatibility.

Also, you can move your style.css files from the CSS folder to the theme directory with theme.html. That should work.

According to your source file, it shows this:

Quote:
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="screen" href="" />

When it should say this:Quote:
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="screen" href="<{$xoops_themecss}>" />

I just downloaded the theme and took a look. All your css files are in a seperate folder. I would try to do as MsDana suggested. Delete the css folder. Then upload the files only from the css folder to the neoblue theme folder.
That should work like she said.
