I see this error message in error log. Not just this IP and this two path's. Is this script, c.php.txt can make trouble?

EDITED: Just noticed I banned that IP long ago.

I don't use the xoopspartners module but do use smartpartner. Should I ban the IP?

i would ban any IP that shows an attempt like that on your site.
