Turn on site without password?

I turned my site off sometime ago for some updates and cannot remember the password to turn the site back on. I am curious if there is a file I can edit to turn the site back on? any help is appriciated! thanks

You can go to phpMyAdmin, open your database, examine the table xoops_config, find closesite in the conf_name column, edit it and in the conf_value change the 1 for a 0
