Well, I have XOOPS up and running after some upgrade fiasco, which I can only blame on myself.
But I have a strange problem. One module, SmartFAQ isn't showing up for Anonymous users. The blocks show up when I log in on the website, however. I've checked and re-checked every permission imaginable.
I'm suspecting the Blocks Admin (modules/system/admin.php?fct=blocksadmin). Every change I make for Registered Users is replicated for Anonymous Users and vice versa.
Has this happened to anybody?

What version of XOOPS are you running? When you say you checked permissions I am presuming you checked the admin/system/groups permissions for anonymous users?

Try updating the SmartFaQ module. Are you using a custom template set? If you are, check the admin/system/template set to see if anything needs to be generated.

Then update the system module.
