Missing Options in Module Settings

I am restoring my site by installing new XOOPS and overwriting some of the existing database. It did not go well as planned.

Here in is pic, u can see the missing options in some of the modules. most of the modules turn out like that.

Haven´t seen that exactly before.

First thing coming to my mind ... looks like incomplete language files.

How about uninstalling the module in question, installing it again and then manually drop the db tables for that module and get them from your original site again?

i replaced the language files but it didn't work. I did a sql debug from the admin and this is what i got.
