Thumbnails don't point to larger image in XCgal2

A few days ago, when I uploaded a picture, the thumbnail doesn't point to the full size image - what appears to be a random picture.

You can see it here www.maranoa.org.au Look in the "Seen around Town" section.

This info appears in the debug Info.

For me it looks really normal.

Maybe the picture is to small, so the dispayed pic has already the original full size.

The debug mode is only for information and should be turned off in the xcgal module configuration.

quite a common issue..

make sure cache is disabled for xcgal module..

When i click in the image doesnt saw it in full image. The size of the image is more large than the normal image!

Hi MadCat!

Your fullsize pictures seem to be damaged. Try to open one picture krevatokamara1.jpg directly and you will get an error message.

You have right the image krevatokamara1.jpg doesnt open because the have damage but the normal_krevatokamara1.jpg it looks fine! Why this happen?
The same problem the are in all pictures.
There is a solution for that? I replase the image but the problem steel exists!

How did you upload the pics (batch upload or single)?

When you download the fullsize pics via ftp, can you open them correctly?

I cant saw the pictures via ftp...it apears error message
First time i have that problem. I have use the xcgal before and everything was ok.
I have also problem and in the english version of the webpage

You thing that is better to upload all pictures again? To delete everything and to upload again?
The thing i dont understand is: why the normal_image is ok and the original image have problem. When the image corrupted...?

I find where is the problem. I was take the photos from some graphic designer who use mac pc. The photos was in tif format and he change it to jpg. For some reason the xcgal doesnt see it. I scan one other photo i save it to jpg format, i upload to xcgal module and it seems good!
The problem is that i dont have the original photos to scan and to upload again in ftp.
Maybe he doesnt convert good the photos and for that the ftp doesnt recognized! I change to gif format and it looks good (i can see from ftp)

but in xcgal doesnt allow gif photos (i upload one photo.gif and the preview was enable). You know if can i do some chnages in options to module xcgal so to allow the gif format in album?
