Does anyone know why I am getting this error when I first load my site?

i'm no expert but i'd say you haven't configured mainfile.php correctly.

check that your db host address is correct and the db name.

but with the very little info you provide we don't have anything to go on.

you must tell us your setup.

xoops version, was it previously working, is it a new install, what modules you have running etc etc..

I haven't been able to fix this. Now the main website loaded shows no error message, just a blank page. The IP address to the mySQL database was incorrect. I changed it, and there is still a problem.

Does anyone know where the new location fo that wiki troubleshooting page may be located at now?

I'm using XOOPS 2.2.3. I have one mySQL database. Every page I am going to is blank. It was fine for a long time. I never made any changes that would screw it up. The only change that was made was mySQL host IP address, which I changed. Does that help at all?

once again we need all your details - what version of mysql? php admin? apache? OS? please copy and paste the list from the read b4u post with your answers.

My hosting service changed its mySQL database host for some reason. I was unaware of it. I'll try and get the answers to the other questions.
