How to create a sticky?

Hi,
I know this is probably a stupid question, but I am the Admin of an intranet which is in testing and I want to make a topic into a sticky. How do I do this?

When you're viewing the topic, there should be a Menu on the upper left that says "Topic Options." You should be able to change it there.

Thanks for your reply. I don't see that option there. Is this something I need to activate?!

Hi,
I found what you are talking about. But I see these options only for registered users. What about the Administrator? Don't see it there when I am logged on as Admin...
