I can tell you, it is XOOPS already.
Actually they have cloned the addresses(1.7) module several times into blabla directory, models and the rest (except for the news module) and sell this/these product/module. Yes I know GPL, but to say it is nice... Quit honest I am getting somehow a bit angry of these practisizing.
I know I am right because I developed this module. It is an exact copy of it.
