upload the 'html' folder to the ftp folder called 'public_html' (it is usually called that. so it should now look like 'public_html' with the 'html' folder in it. or you could upload the contents that are in the 'html' folder to 'public_html' . myself i just uploaded the 'html' folder, i have a lot of directories in the 'public_html' directory on my site and i wanted to keep XOOPS separate.
