Is there a way to create a block of Members birthdays? I do have members fill in their birthday on registration. But it seems there is no hack or module to extract that info, is there?

How did you make the birthday-hack work? What hack? Or did you do it by yourself?

There's a module called Birthday.
Just found it on the dutch support website here.
I haven't tested this module but maybe it's something you can use.

Quote:
This module allows you to show and wish your members birthday.

If you want to show a link in the user menu, replace the the original 'system_block_user.html' file by the one included.

In this module the birthday dates are saved in a new table, not in the registration table.
a hack would be perfekt.

A hack would be great indeed. I use this module and do not like my intranet users to be able to tamper with their birtdays

I've just made some hacks to the Photo + Profile hack. One of these hacks is a birthday block.
The hacks I've made are in the comments.

What I would like to see is a birthday module that emails the user a birthday greeting if they have opted to get emails.
