How do I set the date format for UserInfo?

I want to specify the date format of the "Member since" and the "Last login" fields shown on a user's profile. I looked at the userinfo code in modules/profile. These fields seem to be dynamic, and I didn't see a way to specify the format.

Any ideas?

U can find the fields to change in the language set /yourxoopsinstall/language/yourlanguage/
I think the bit u need to change is in global.php off the top of my head.
