hi,
I have just installed XOOPS and the first impression is GREAT.
I dont know which version it is, I guess its version 2

Now I have only one problem:
How can I integrate my Invision Powerboard?
And my Medical plants page
And my character sets page?

To implement the modules coming with the portal is easy, but how about own stuff?

I would try the dictionary or glossaire module for your plants pages; they should work well.

Use the downloads module for your fonts.

I'm sure there's an answer for your invision board somewhere on this forum. I'll see if I can find it for you.
