News 1.3 and Extra Text

I'd like to kas if it's possible to add some extra content into News 1.3 module for each article.

For example, there should be "THISISEXTRATEXT" above extended (body) text. Let's take an example - http://www.soft-news.net/m-news+article+storyid-1934.html

"Version ChangeLog:" is entered as extended (body) text when submitting news story. And I'd like to display some text automatically above this text. Any suggestions? Thanks!
