How to create a new edito with edito?

I did install the module and i´m not able to create any new edito.

When i Click on "create new edito" nothing happens...

The chmods, may be????

I have read the help section, and doesn´t say anything about change chmods?


Am I missing something?

Am I asking too much today??

Should not be any chmod settings, turn on PHP debug and see if there are any errors or warnings when you try to create an edito.

Where is the button to turn php debug on???

on the general settings of the module???


i´m working with XOOPS 2.9

and edito 2.3.1

I had a same problem with 2.3.1. Download Edito 2.2 version and have fun!

See the PHP debug Flash Tutorial to see how to enable debug mode.

Now when i click on "create new edito" this appears

Which is to me so understandable as a blank page would be...



By the way,, I´m looking for the edito 2.2 as suggested but i think the wf-clan has replaced for the 2.3 version an is not longer available.

It means that the KoiviEditor is not installed on your system, either install it or disable using the wysiwyg editor in the edito preferences.

By the way, really great flash tutorials on your site.

Today I have learned a lot, and is still 7 o´clock in the evening, so i might learn a few things more before I go to bed...


This is what I like of xoops...


In spanish we say

"a la cama no te iras
sin aprender una cosa mas"


Which means, "Every day you learn a new thing before going to bed"
