Submit function on News 1.3 just stopped working suddenly and I can't imagine what is wrong. It worked just fine, and now I always get an error message when trying to submit a new story (I can open a submit form, but error comes immediately after pressing the Submit button):

This error indicates, that server is down, but it works fine. Ideas?
