Page looping on signup page.

I have a prob where some ppl are able to set up a new account to join my site but some ppl can't. in these instances, when they've added their user name they click on submit, it loops them back to the same page.

Any ideas?

Here is an idea - type nortons, firewall and privacy control into the XOOPS search. I am fairly sure we have had a discussion on this before.
