Looked over a few threads and could not find the answer,
when i go to my XOOPS site none of the blocks show up. Just the theme shows up, i checked the permissions for the groups and double checked, I am using a theme that I made, but it is not working either are the other themes.

turn MySQL/Blocks debug on.

Likely cause is that MySQL can't write to /temp directory

check on admin panel-blocks if the blocks are visible or not also!if users haves permission and the blocks are not visible normaly then don`t don`t appear!
