Hello,

I don´t know what have I done but know when I try to see our site www.iberoamericanos.com it doesn´t show anymore in the explorer.

Although if I try in www.iberoamericanos.com/user.php it does work, and when I log in as administrator, the site works perfectly, but if I log out, it doesn´t show any more!!!

Anyone has any Idea of why this could happen?

Please tell us if you know?

I am not positive but It looks like whatever module you have set to be your main page is not working or the Anonymous Users permissions is not set right for that module. I would look at System admin/groups/Anonymous Users first.

go in the control panel of your hosting!there you have to see error log ..will see where is the error exactly and you can correct it normaly if in admin mode works should work on anonymous too!see from your cpanel where is the error when you trying to access your first page of ur site!

i did check the group permissions and look allright.

It all happened after installing multimenu 1.72 with XOOPS 2.9


But i did it in other sites and it is working perfectly with the multimenu.


It´s first time it happens. It´s strange because it´s not that you can´t see a block, it´s that you can´t see the site. But it is there if you type www.iberoamericanos.com/user.php


I did check the plesk of the server and I don´t see any "error log" or anything similar...


Any GOOD IDEA to keep the project iberoamericanos.com working...

The easiest thing is to disable modules and/or blocks until you find what is causing it. Starting from the most recently installed. Then you know where to look for a fix. You likely have something on the front page doing this.

A handy trick is to run two browsers (Firefox and Moz for example) so you can see the site from a logged in and anon perspective.

The blank page FAQ can also be handy.

Everything changed after installing multimenu 1.7 under XOOPS 2.9

Now i did uninstalled the multimenu, but the problem is still there....


Any Idea???

It was the catads 1.2.3 which was doing something wrong with the multimenu...

I just uninstalled the catads and now it works the site properly with the multimenu 1.7
