Hi there,

I get a message appear whenever I log in as admin, it doesnt appear to effect anything, except as soon as I log in it says....

" Warning: Unknown(): A session is active. You cannot change the session module's ini settings at this time. in Unknown on line 0 "

I then have to load a seperate browser window to access the admin pages.

Has anyone got any ideas what this message could mean or how to remove it?

(im running XOOPS 2.0.6 on Windows 2003 with IIS 6)

Hi - I'm getting the same error message. I too, am using Windows Server 2003.

The error message seems to show up randomly - I get it about 1/4 of the times that I go to the site. The error message usually appears at the bottom of the screen, but has shown up in other places too.

If I refresh the browser, the images and blocks that usually appear on my index.html file disappear and all I'm left with is that error message.

Sometimes it shows up when first accessing the initial login screen - sometimes it's when I'm accessing the admin area or any of the modules after I'm signed in.

Closing the browser and coming back (either right away or later) seems to help.

Ont thought - permissions are set wrong on a file, which is not allowing multiple users?

Any body out there fixed this problem or have other ideas?

Are you using Custom Sessions or Auto Login Hack?
