Hello,

I am trying to use the Digest feature of this module but with no luck.

Setting a topic does not seem to register in the Digest Manager, and also in digest.php

Also, I would like to know which members will get the digest sent to?

If I have a forum only a 1 group of users can access for example, will the digest only be sent to them?

regards

TommyZ

Umm, yes what does this function do? I have searched and the result is... This thread.

Have digested threads (as a test) and recieved the message "this thread has been made as digest, you can undigest it later if you wish" so I did.

??

I also am not able to get this function to work. I digetsted one of my topics a week ago to see if I could get it to work. Now the Index page says Quote:
Digest notification

Should be sent out 18578386 minutes ago | Digest archive 0

When I click on the 18578386 link, I get a page saying Quote:
Digest NOT Processed

Can anyone explain how the digest feature is supposed to work?

Thanks

I'm trying to enable the digest also with the same errors above.
1. Is there a solution to this?

2. Who receives the digest?

Thanks.

"digest manager" is for the action of sending digest through emails, not for the digested thread themselves.

Digest has two major functionalities:
1 marked with a special label indication the thread is important or valuable
2 sending digest though email: let members read valuable thread periodically

Where/how do you set this "importance/ valuable" setting?

A digest is marked by a moderator or webmaster though "topic manager", in other words, it is judged totally by the one who marks it.

Hi,

I still have the problem described below. I have some active forums selected for digest report, but I still have these foolish 18457923 minutes in admin pages, someone knows how to cope with this thing ?

Thanks al lot for any answer, I'm quite lost for the moment, .
