I have created a new XOOPS site specifically as a helpdesk, and installed the xhelp module, which is excellent.
I have set the notifications in users to send notifications by PM, however when I log a ticket or update one in xhelp it sends an email to all staff members/xoops users that are regsitered with xhelp...anyone know how I can turn this off, i only want to send to the person who logged a ticket and the tech who owns the job?
