Add New Page to wiwimod

hi,
I use wiwimod with xoops2/xampp(PHP5).

I am also using Firefox.

I am at a loss to get a 'New Page' link for any users other than the Administrator - but I've get the attriutes on the page.

Can I see where I'm goin wrong?

Perhaps the manual of the XOOPS wiwi mod will clear things up for you.
