I have a clean install and can go into the admin panel, but I see no modules to control?? The control panel comes up with NO error messages and displays the header and nav but nothing else. I press the XOOPS News and that displays normally. Can someone help me with this?

First make sure that your cache folder is chmod 777.

I assume it is because you are getting no errors.

The follow the instructions on This Faq Page.

are you sure you have installed the modules? A clean install comes with the default modules available, but not pre-installed. Go to system admin -> modules to install the available modules.
