English language for my module?

I have tried asking a couple of times before but have had no luck understanding how i can do it.

i installed xt_conteudo and the wysiwyg editor is in spanish. Without loosing my created modules is there a way to change the language in to english easily?

Cant i just delete all the other language folders in the xt modules directory?

A couple of suggestions -
1. use a freindly 'bump' to get your unanswered posts to the top of the pile.
2. Look into the module source and find the author of the module - ask them directly (often in a readme file - and definately at where ever you downloaded the module from)
