Is it possible to upgrade 1.3.10 to 2.0.9?

What upgrading do I have to do to get from 1.3.10 to the current V 2.0.9?

In the downloads section there doesn't seem to be an upgrade patch.

Any help appreciated as usual

AFAIK, it's impossible directly (without big headache).
You have to upgrade to first v.2 release and over all versions simultaneously - to 2.0.9.
I hope all needed versions can be found @ SourceForge
