Ability to create a forum topic when posting news......

I think that an awesome addition to the news module would be to be able to add a forum topic titled what the news topic was. Give the admin the choice when submitting news to be able to create the post for discussion. Less work that way, especially if you are already creating posts for discussion about news topics.

Have you checked Brash's AMS?

It's an article management module that let's you add forum topics and links to news articles.

It should be realeased next week:
