Okay.. here's what I'm trying to do...

The upload from my home pc is virtually nill, but my webhost obviously has really good upload. I want to be able to shoutcast a song from my hope and have people connect to my server. In essence I am only uploading to my server, but multiple people can then download from my server. I guess this is accomplished with shoutcast, but I can't install any programs on my webhost server because I don't have ssh access. Does anyone know of a script or something that I might be able to use for this?
