I have a site I am working on using xoops.
I am starting to get a little used to everything , but I am stuck on how to accomplish this stuff.

I made 2 case submission forms located HERE

I have the news module installed HERE

Is there any way to :

1)Have forms like the 2 case submission forms be entered directly into the news section after admin approval.
(or would another module work better????)

2)add to both forms a form question allowing multiply attachments to the form.

3)Change the "submit news" sub-menu item to "Sumit A Case".

4)change the words "News Archive" located HERE to "Case File Database"


I know this is alot of questions , but all help would be greatly appreciated. Basically, my goal is to make it so new cases can be added to the site via a form rather that the current way I am doing .
