I want to have a forum where users CAN NOT EDIT there previos posts. I am looking to use the forum to keep an audit trail so when someone posts something you can go back and say on October 21st 2004 at 7:29 am est John said the following and John can not go back and change it.

Does any one know of a forum module where editing can be disabled.

The NewBB 2 can do this

Newbb 2 can either remove the permission to edit your own posts or set a time interval after submissal, where it will be possible to edit posts.
