Module like Liaise or Formulaire, but storing user's answers on MySQL

I need a module like Liaise or Formulaire, where we make the fields, but store this informations on MySql and not send a Email or a Private Message.

So, I make the fields, user answer them and this is stored on MySql. Liaise and Formulaire only have options to send this answers by Email or Private Message.

Anyone knows any module that solve my need.

The SmartForm module will do this. However, it is still under developpement. But you can post there other feature requests if you have some.

So,

I tried tjnemez's answer and get Formulaire 2.83
I think it'll help me. With this module, at XOOPS Administration I can see the answer sended by the form that I maked.
