I want to ask, how to use Image Manager, which exists in XOOPS News module. When i click "Manage", i see just new windows, where it's not possible to select anything (empty drop list and empty button). What am i doing wrong?

The image manager will allow you to upload images, and have easy access to them. There are quite a few "system" modules and other user developed modules that will take advantage of the image manager.

On your admin control panel, select Admin | Images - the rest should be easy to figure out.
