Got a problem here.....

Now this is very odd..... For some reason my site quit allowing registrations. I am not sure why to be honest with you. When someone trys to register, they submit the info and basically it tells them "could not register user" I take it that this is because the site could not insert the data? Any help would be wonderful.

OK, there we go:
did you check the db integrity?
are they using a firewall?
does it work with the referrer code turned off (here)?
did you check the folders/files chhmod rights?
