Netpbm Conversion Not working!

I am having issues witrh netpbm conversion it is not working at all when i try to upload anything but a jpg file picture i get this message

How can this be fixed???

when this mod was first released i had a similar issue, derya sent me a file to overwrite original picmgmt.inc.php which fixed this issue. now i am not sure if the release was updated to include this. i can send it to you if you like.

Sorry for the hassle can you mail that again but to googlepop@hotmail.com as I am having trouble opening attachments in my webmail program LOL sorry about that mate.

Hey I am still having problems after I uploaded that file but the good thing now is I no longer get this up when uploading to xcgallery

I just now get this message

Is there something I am missing it seems to find where my netpbm is on my server its just not resizing or able to place it in the album???

are the folder permissions set correctly?

chmod albums to 777
and also chmod albums/userpics to 777 and try again..
