blunder Cannot access admin menus

I have made a huge blunder and forgot to put the login block on my new theme and now cannot get into my admin section to place it there I have used the link to get into my admin panel but says i do not have access to that section is there a backdoor or any way to get in to it?

Login using yoursite.net/user.php, and go to the admin section by going to admin.php
