Have you uploaded the x2t template from the extras folder and made it the default Template?

If so go to your default Template in system admin-> templates-> system-> system_block_mainmenu.html and click "Edit

You will see a few instances of:

<a class="menuMain" href="<{$xoops_url}>/modules/<{$module.directory}>/">&nbsp;<img src="<{$xoops_imageurl}>menu_arrow_norm.gif" width="6" height="8" alt="" border="0" />&nbsp;<{$module.name}></a>

You will need to shift the <{$module.name}> to the start of the line(s) concerned before the image call, and reverse the direction of image menu_arrow_norm.gif" stored in your x2t folder with a graphics editor.

Yup, editing the template file for system_block_mainmenu.html will also show you other places to hunt it down. I didn't want to mention it yet to save from confusion, so I kept it simple to eleminate the possibility of it being a theme.html problem.
