Okay..i will try my best to explain what i intend to do..

Currently i have a English language XOOPS Website..
Now i want to make it billingual.. English and Chinese..

What module can i use to able to let the user switch between those 2 language?

I would also like to separate the Newsbb -
chinese and english

Once the user select Chinse..
then the newsbb will be in chinese mod..
the content and topics and category will be different from the english section..

In another words. I have 2 newsbb installed

What and how can i do to achieve all these?

Bilingual: use language selection block in language module

Bilingual forums: newbb clone.

Take a look at an intermediate test site

    Solo71,
I followed your tutorial step by step.. and i successfully installed the Multilanguage 1.3

Now can switch back and forth between those 2 language.

Now the problem.. is that i still can't get the theme text to change..
