Im interested in makeing a module for an auto parts requestor system. Just a few ideas here so...
I want people to be able to fill out a form and when submitted it posts its self to newbb by state country or vehicle type and also emails the admin or whoever is on the list about the post on newbb at the same time...

Ofcourse this module could be used in other ways also instead of auto parts. Say people fill out the form on your site hit submit and it post what info is needed to newbb in a private forum.

Any takers?

The post form is the New Tpoic form, the send-email is the notification function. I don't see the need for a new module?

Im not quite sure herko understood. It's more of a custom request. A way to post private data to my website.

This is what I ment by form submission to newbb and an email at the same time. Just not so crude.

actually I was thinking to start such a module or hack. However, since a xfaccount module exists and will be expanded, I just stop and wait.

As for integrating with newbb, it really is a good feature but might be not considered right now.

the xfaccount is not ready to use right now
but it will be expanded, as I was told
