Freelance web developer/company wanted for design template integration on an ad-hoc basis. Will be continuing work for the right person/company.

Work will be from existing design in photoshop or html format.

Must have excellent cross-browser CSS + HTML knowledge, preferably with PHP and Smarty experience, ideally with experience of building templates for XOOPS, OSCommerce, and XOOPS with myxoopsshop OSCommerce.

Location not important - experience, reliability, and cost is - this is part of a service for small businesses.
