I would like to develop a module based upon a css layout. I need to be able to integrate my css. How will I do that? By the time a main page gets to my content the header is already written. Also, inline sytle is NOT what I am looking for. Thanks.

For this, when you do your block html templates output, use table classes and ID's then define them in your xoops.css so it stays on site no matter what theme you use.

The only drawback to this is that you will have to instruct users of the module to copy/paste .css in to their file as well.

It's a quick and dirty solution, definately not perfect but I hope it helps a little.
