Hi dudes,

I have a question about the newBB-module.

I want to use this module for my customers to post their questions/remarkes to me, using all Private Forums.

When a customer is logged in, he can see all the Private Forums on my site, although he has only access to his own Forum.

I was wondering if it is possible to hide all other Forums, to wich the customer has no access too. Only the accessable forums should be listed up.

Can this be done with XOOPS?

Using the standard newbb module, this is not possible, but there are several other versions of the module that might support this alternate behavior.

I published a hack that adds this and some other optional behaviors to newbb.

You can also search forums on this site for Newbb Pro and other alternate versions of the standard forum module.
