good to have this new section now

my question is if you have any documentation of how the XOOPS css and theme files interact. this is important for me to know because i want to be able to change the style.

I think what he's asking is what effect does xoops.css have on theme.css and where can he find a a place that explains each of the classes used in the xoops.css so it doesn't conflict with a custom.css he is making.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
